This page describes, in general terms, how workspace data is handled. It is not a substitute for the agreement your workspace administrator signed when the account was created.

What we store

Documents, approval history, and the minimum account information needed to operate a workspace. We do not sell data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Retention

Records are kept for as long as a workspace is active, plus a short grace period after closure to allow export.

Requests

Data export or deletion requests are handled through your workspace administrator or the contact your organization has on file with us.
